• ONLINE AUTO SERVICING

  No parts costs are included in any of our service packages offered online; they are all based solely on service and labour costs. After the service is finished but before the vehicle is delivered, the customer will agree to and pay for any additional parts costs in full.

• PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF

  When you purchase any service package online, our free collection and delivery service will pick up and deliver your car for free on behalf of Cars in Doha or one of our authorised service agents. The driver will show up at the specified location that you specify when making the reservation and will conduct an on-site inspection and damage report, which you must sign after reviewing.

   

  Before giving your car to our driver, please make sure you remove all of your belongings and valuables because we will not be held responsible for any lost items. Your car will pass through several departments and a third-party workshop. Despite the reliability of our workshops, we disclaim all responsibility for lost objects.

• FEE

  Bookings must be secured online through our secure payment gateway. We will only charge you for the service package at the time of the reservation. Please keep in mind that parts are not included in our service packages and that they are extra-cost. Following the free vehicle health check, we will send you an invoice for the parts and any additional maintenance your car needs. While the additional work is at your discretion, the service parts must be paid for. It’s up to you where you have your car fixed. Payment will be accepted in QR using Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards.

  Within 24 hours of receiving the payment, the confirmation notice will be delivered via email to the client.

• AUTOMOTIVE PARTS

  At the time of booking, you have two choices for parts.

  1ST  The first choice is to provide your own components & Parts; if you do this, kindly leave the parts in the car on the day of the service. 

  2ND The second choice is to purchase your parts from Cars in Doha. As per your cost and budget, we will offer you either genuine or aftermarket components. The manufacturers’ recommendations for installing genuine parts on your car are what we advise.

   

  Any items that are on special order will demand upfront payment. The vendors of the parts will be contacted to place the order, which will not be refundable.

  Due to third-party logistics, the delivery of the custom order parts may be postponed from the estimated date of delivery. You’ll be informed as soon as the components arrive.

• SCHEDULES AND CANCELLATIONS

  Only cancellations and refunds made up to seven days prior to the service date will be accepted. No refund will be given if you cancel less than seven days before the start of your subscription. Please email Info@carsindoha.com with the subject “SCHEDULES AND CANCELLATIONS” along with your name and vehicle registration if you need to cancel or want a refund.   Depending on the credit card’s issuing bank, refunds will be applied to the original method of payment and handled in 7 to 40 days.
